Lucie Jindrová

Lucie is completing her master's studies at the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University in Prague. During her studies, she has gained international experience through a semester abroad at Newcastle University in the United Kingdom, as well as by participating in the international urban planning workshop Urban LAB Archipelago in Dresden.
In her diploma thesis, she focuses on public spaces in housing estates in small towns. The aim of her work is to create a methodology to address issues in the “Na Chmelnici” housing estate in Chotěboř. The main theme of the thesis is the revitalization of neglected housing estates, which often lack purpose and fail to meet the needs of contemporary living.
